This new 7,400 square foot tenant improvement project is home to the faculty offices of Pacific University’s College of Business and College of Health Professionals. Meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art classroom were inserted into the ground floor of Hillsboro’s Intermodal Transit Facility. Wood, concrete and glass are combined in simple shapes and clean lines to evoke a modern, academic environment.
